Tenant Fees - New tenants will not be charged fees for a new tenancy, renewal of a tenancy and inventories. However, please note that some fees will still apply, such as payment "in the event of a default of a tenant" or "payments associated with early termination of the tenancy, when requested by the tenant".
Landlord Fees - Full Management 10% plus VAT collected monthly and deducted from rent payment. Set-up fee £395 plus VAT
