A super rental service. I recently re rented a property through Taylor Phelps. Monday I asked them to arrange the annual chimney sweep and Tuesday they replied to say it had been booked in. Yesterday they contacted me to tell me the tenant had just notified them of a wasps nest in the facia boards and would I authorise its removal. I have just received a message to inform me the wasps have been sorted. Having a letting agent deal with these issues so quickly and efficiently is a breath of fresh air. a very big thank you to Luke and the gentleman at Taylor Phelps for such a great service. :-)
